I mostly use this for autoblock/Prusik knots. It's robust, easy to untie and overall very convenient.

To bind the two ends of the cord they have used a 60mm plastic sleeve, which makes it really awkward to wrap it around the rope neatly, which makes me feel that my prusik is going to lose grip/ open up and stop being a prusik. On the plus side, I never let go of the rope, but that kinda defeats the purpose of using a prusik.
