Advanced young climbers always want to lead climb instead of top roping. They see adults doing it and hear them talking about who's allowed to lead climb and who isn't. When it's finally time, our wee lead climbers need a chest harness like the Camp Bambino Chest to go with their sit harness. A child needs more than just a sit harness! Why? Well, their hips have not yet fully developed, so sit harnesses usually don't fit as well as they should. This could result in the child slipping out of the sit harness in the event of a fall.
The perfect combo would be the Camp Bambino sit harness and the Bambino Chest chest harness. That way, everything will match just perfectly!
Caution: The chest harness should never be used without a sit harness. That would be reckless and dangerous.
