Buy long centre plate if you have big feet!
The specification says to size 46. I am that size but I have needed to order the long centre flex plates to fit my boots. Also be aware that some boots are quite wide making the fitting of the rear crampon difficult.
Otherwise great. Fits the rest of the family perfectly.
