Poor service from Alpine Trek
I bought this belt from Alpine Trek, and it was missing half the buckle, so was completely useless. I returned it for a refund, however, I was refunded £3.99 less than I paid. Presumably this was the cost of postage in one direction or another.
As customers we should be getting a full refund including postage if a faulty or incomplete item is provided. It is a relatively small amount of money, but I have effectively paid £3.99 for nothing due to a fault by Alpine Trek, and it is the principle that counts.
Probably a good belt, but I would recommend buying it somewhere else.
