The Women's Terrex Speed Flow trail running shoes from adidas are all-rounders for racing and your daily run.

The lightweight, breathable upper ensures good moisture management. Plus, the mesh inserts and the perforated tongue will keep your feet comfortably cool. As for the Continental outsole, it provides excellent traction on any terrain. In addition, the cushioning Lightstrike midsole won’t interfere with ground contact to promote a natural feel. The trail running shoes are completed by reinforcements at the toes and heels for enhanced protection on rugged terrain.
